Sticker and Vinyl Installation Service

We offer professional sticker and vinyl installation services in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The minimum charge is one hour, and the final price is determined based on the actual hours worked at a rate of 100€/h incl. VAT.

Pre-cleaning of glass surfaces is not necessary, as we clean the surfaces as part of the installation process. The installation site should be easily accessible – if the installation height exceeds 200 cm, arrangements for safe ladders or scaffolding must be agreed upon separately.

We also offer a measuring service: if you want to ensure that the stickers are the correct size, we can visit the site to measure the surfaces before ordering (same hourly rate applies). Stickers must be ordered separately.

Exhibition Stands, Signs, and Display Installations

We also set up exhibition stands, assemble frames and signs at your event location, and assist in the visual design of spaces. You can order not only a pop-up wall or other advertising stand from us but also an installation service for your office or event venue. This is especially convenient if you do not have storage space for the equipment.

Everything You Need to Know About Sticker and Vinyl Installation

1. Suitable Installation Surfaces

Stickers and vinyl can be applied to various surfaces, but their durability and adhesion depend on the material:

Windows and glass surfaces – Excellent adhesion, easy to clean, long-lasting results.
Walls – Best suited for smooth, painted surfaces. Rough surfaces or freshly painted walls may reduce adhesion. We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after painting.
Metal and plastic – Most sticker materials adhere well to clean, smooth surfaces.
Uneven and curved surfaces – Light curves are possible, but strongly curved surfaces or vehicle wraps are not included in our service.

2. Measuring Service – Ensure a Perfect Fit

If you want to ensure that your sticker is precisely the right size and correctly positioned, we offer a measuring service before ordering. Measuring and consultation are provided at the same price as installation, and we can also give recommendations for the best placement and material.

3. Preparing for Installation

The surface should be clean and dry – we clean glass and window surfaces during installation, but other surfaces should be cleaned in advance.
Ensure that there are no obstacles in the installation area.
If the installation height exceeds 200 cm, suitable ladders or scaffolding must be arranged for safety.

4. Impact of Weather and Environment

Indoor installations can be carried out year-round. However, outdoor installations depend on the weather – rainy or extremely cold conditions may affect the quality of installation or make it impossible. If weather conditions prevent installation, we will schedule a new installation date.

5. Sticker Durability and Maintenance

Stickers are highly durable under normal use, but their lifespan depends on the material and environment.
For cleaning window and wall stickers, we recommend mild detergents and a soft cloth.
If you wish to remove the sticker later, it can usually be done without damaging the surface. If you need assistance with removal, we also offer a removal service.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the installation take?

The duration depends on the size and complexity of the sticker. Small stickers can be installed in about an hour, while larger or multiple stickers may require more time or multiple installers.

Can I install the stickers myself?

Yes, but professional installation ensures a flawless result without air bubbles or mistakes.

Can the sticker be removed later?

Yes, most stickers can be removed without leaving permanent marks. Removal is easier if the sticker is slightly heated before peeling off.

What if I ordered the wrong size sticker?

With our measuring service, you can ensure the correct size before ordering. If the sticker size is incorrect, please contact us, and we will find the best solution.
