The most common products for events
Branding of the event area
The choice of venue helps to map out what printed products are needed to decorate it. At indoor events, you don't have to worry about weather conditions and different surfaces and structures can be used. You can hang things from railings and roof structures, you can lean against the walls and mark the floors with stickers. In outdoor spaces, it is more important to invest in crowd control. Fences, signs and map prints help your guests find the right place. MEB helps you choose suitable products for signage and room decoration.
Background walls for interiors
Events usually have at least one main focal point, i.e. a stage or other performance area. You can identify these spaces by thinking about what part of the space your guests are likely to photograph. MEB offers different solutions to make your performance stage look great. The most common solutions for branding the backgrounds of premises are:
Pop-up wall
The sturdy structure that pops open telescopically is easy to set up in seconds. The fabric print is attached to the wall with the supplied velcro or magnet. The wall is approx. 30 cm thick and they are available in standard sizes. The height is 226cm and the widths are approx. 152cm, 226cm, 300cm or 373cm. The pop-up wall can be used many times and you can later buy just a new print if the frame is still in good condition.
Light wall with aluminum tube frame
The light wall is built from aluminum pipes and other parts in approx. 10 minutes. A hood-like fabric print is strung over the structure so that the back side is also a cool fabric surface (and also printable). The light wall stays upright with the help of aluminum legs, the depth of which is 40cm (20cm front and back). It is possible to make an aluminum pipe structure with fairly free dimensions, but the most common height is 238cm. Suitable width can be found in the fork 80cm - 600cm.
Roll-up banner
The printed banner is pulled up from the aluminum base and hung on the end of the aluminum stick coming behind. A product familiar to many in the most common size 85x200cm, but it is also possible to get roll-ups in extra wide sizes. However, we recommend the aforementioned wall solutions for walls over 100 cm wide and roll-ups for other uses.
Printated board
If the exhibition stand has fixed walls, it is worth finding out if they could be covered with printed thin board. Kapa board or corrugated cardboard is light and can be attached with screws or double-sided tape. The end result looks finished and "built", when separate stands and structures are not needed. Printed signs do not fold, like stands, so the transportation and installation of large pieces should be taken into account in the design phase.
Banners & fence covers
For outdoor events, you need large prints so that your message is transmitted over a sea of people. MEB prints large banners that can be attached to the structures of the venue. The banner hanging above the entrance to the event area helps guests feel the atmosphere of the event already at the door.
If your event area is surrounded by a mesh fence and you want to prevent people from seeing in, the fence can be covered with a printed fabric. The mesh banner lets the wind through. The banner is easy to attach to the fence, for example, with cable ties.
Beach flags & flagpole flags
Despite their name, beach flags can be used also elsewhere than on the beach. These lightweight and attention-grabbing rotating flags help people navigate to where the action is. Flagpoles are available in different sizes, shapes and with many different stand options.

Outdoor stands and signs
In the open air, you may not find suitable structures for attaching banners or signs. MEB offers a wide selection of different outdoor advertising stands and structures to help your audience understand where to arrive.
Floor stickers
MEB also prints stickers for short-term use. If the indoor event area is a maze, you should consider using floor stickers as guides. They are not in the way of the flow of people, but walkers naturally look ahead and pay attention to the prints on the ground.
Admission tickets and crowd control
Event workers want a uniform look so that guests can tell the difference between staff and guests. MEB offers solutions with which your staff is branded in the style of your event.
Wristbands
You want to offer your guests a relaxed atmosphere and freedom to move. With a disposable wristband, you can mark your guest and the doorman does not have to think about whether to let them in. Wristbands can also be used for different customer groups, such as VIP guests or artists. The wristband will last even over a whole weekend event.
Stamps
A lighter solution than a wristband is to stamp the logo of the event on the back of the guests' hands. This is more suitable for events of a few hours, such as concerts. From MEB, you can get easy automatic stamps with an ink cartridge inside. However, a traditional manual stamper, which requires a separate ink pad, may be more suitable for stamping hands and uneven surfaces.
Lanyards and card holders

A name tag is a smart way to express that someone is part of the staff. A sign attached to the chest with a pin or magnet can even replace a print. If the trade fair staff changes, and it is not possible to arrange own clothes for everyone, you can mark the person who is on duty at any given time with a logo sign. Flyers and brochures
The lightest and most common advertisement in your event is a flyer. You can also use them to promote your public event, such as a concert or festival. If your ad has a lot of content, you may need to use a larger paper size or preferably a folding brochure that is compact but does not compromise on the amount of printing space. A brochure is a suitable advertising format when you want to tell about your company or products and activate the recipient of the ad into action. The folded brochure fits your event's program and area map well.
Booklets and catalogues
There can be a lot of programs at festivals and other big events. MEB prints program booklets in all sizes and with large numbers of pages. Paperback books or catalogs can also be distributed to guests at scientific conferences.
Business cards and postcards
A business card is a universal tool for all encounters. They must definitely be included in networking events. With the business card, you share contact information and promote contacts after the event.

Graphic design of printed products
Printing requires a print-ready file. Creating a file requires an idea and sufficient technology. Depending on your creativity and available programs, here are the most common options:

Prints can be designed with almost any program. We recommend using graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign, etc.) or publishing programs (Word, etc.). If you can save a pdf file from the program, it is probably sufficient. Canva is an excellent free tool. MEB Design Service
Do you need help designing print products? You can leave the implementation on our shoulders. At a minimum, we need text content and possible images from you.
