How can I order from MEB?

The easiest way to order from us is through our website. Begin by choosing your product category and product from the homepage, then follow directions to complete your order. If you find that you cannot complete the order through our website, feel free to send us your order through email or by visiting one of our stores. 

I couldn't find my product/service from your website. What should I do?

Most products offer the "Custom" option in the product page size listing which allows you to enter your special size. MEB provides some products/services that may not be in our product categories (such as branding/customizing your own products). Anything that needs a custom size or custom material can be filled out in the Custom Product-form. You can also send us an email enquiry and we'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

How can I pay my order?

When you've gathered all your products into your shopping cart and checked that your order information is correct, you will be directed to the checkout page where you can choose your payment method. You can pay your online order though PayTrail by using your banking/e-ID information, debit or credit card, or personal Jousto-invoice. Business customers may take a business invoice which is managed by our partner Ropo Capital. When shopping in-store, we accept also card for payment.

Can I pay my order at pick-up?

Only in special cases. This is due to the fact that producing orders costs for us, even when customers for one reason or another never come to pick up their order. When you order from us, you agree to being invoiced in the case that an unpayed product is not picked up 2 weeks after production has completed. Read more about it in our Terms & Agreements.

What methods of delivery does MEB provide?

MEB delivers products to anywhere in Finland using Finnish Posti services. We send packages either to the nearest Post office/pick-up point or straight to your front door, depending on the chosen service. In the Helsinki-Espoo-Vantaa region, we can also use a courier service to get your products delivered in one hour! A completed order can also be picked up from one of our MEB shops - free of any delivery charges.

When will I get my products?

You can see product specific delivery times on the product page. The production time is counted as full working days (Monday-Friday). For example 2-3 day delivery time means that the order is ready for delivery within 72 hours from the order. An order placed on a Friday at 9am will be completed latest on Wednesday at 9am. If you're not sure if the chosen delivery speed option if fast enough for your deadline you can contact our customer service.

Help! I need business cards for a meeting that starts in one hour!

Don't worry. MEB can make business cards and many other products with rushed delivery. Scans & copies, document printing, passport photos and ID-cards you can get from MEB stores while you wait. Most products with 2-3 day delivery time are possible to get rushed for an additional fee. This moves the order from the back of the line to next in production line. Production for the same day/while you wait is an additional +50% charge on normal prices and for the next day/24h is a +20% charge on normal prices. You should contact us as soon as possible if you are in need of fast service.

I don't know if my file is good enough to print. How do I know that?

Here at MEB we always check files before we move them into production, but it's good if you check them before you send them to us. File requirements are explained on the Technical Information page. There you can find a checklist for your print file technical requirements. If you're still unsure, you can always ask our staff.

I don't know how to make a print-ready file. What do I do?

No problem. If you don't have access to any design software you can use our design tool to create designs for your print products. You can use it to add photos, backgrounds and text as well as edit them. You can launch the design editor on the product page under ADD DESIGN button. If, however, you'd like some help with designing and creating the perfect print product for you, we'll be happy to help. Just send us an email or stop by our shop with your thoughts, pictures or text and we can make turn them into your dream design. For more information, check out our Design Service webpage. Can you help with the design?

Of course we can! MEB's staff have experience and the right programs to create print-ready files. We'll gladly help you design your product, be it just business cards or a whole set of different products. The pricing is based on the time spent designing. What if my print-ready file contains a mistake? Or the resolution isn't high enough?

We make a basic check on all the files to see that the size is right, there is enough margins and that the images have nice quality. We can make changes to the files if needed. Please note that we do not check spelling or text contents. The customer always has the responsibility to check the file beforehand. We print a sample print for the customer whenever it is possible.

I'm not happy with the product I've already bought. What can I do?

Contact our staff, either by visiting our store or by phone or email. We will ask to see the product and so please have the product or a picture of your product ready to show us. We will examine together with the customer, see what went wrong and what we can do about it. We are always positive about fixing problems so don't hesitate to contact us when there's an issue with your product.
